Our Trustees

Helen Kwok

Helen Is the Vice Chair, a Trustee and the CEO of Youth Mix. Helen has been a qualified accountant for 14 years but her background has been working as an internal auditor (KPMG) for 6 years before moving onto governance and risk. Within the last 8 years she has been delivering large transformation programmes across government building relationships with Ministry of Justice and the Home Office. She believes education is key and wants to do what she can to fill the gap where appropriate support and guidance for young people around life skills are not readily available.

Steph Woodley

Steph qualified as an accountant and has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. She currently works in a not-for-profit organisation managing the supplier management function where she is responsible for the appointment of key suppliers. She has years of experience working in charities and has just recently joined the Youth Mix board in October 2022. Steph is passionate about young people reaching their full potential and believes her non-executive board experience will be a valuable asset to Youth Mix.

Con Konstant

Con is the Treasurer of Youth Mix and has 15 years of post-qualified accounting experience within audit (KPMG), financial accounting, management accounting and transformation programmes. Con is one of the founding Trustees and believes young people are our future leaders, with our core focus on driving positive change so that they can reach their full potential.

Cezar Gherghei

Hailing from Romania, Cezar comes to Youth Mix with a background in Management Consulting and a degree in Management Science, as well as a passion for volunteering with both children and youth. Cezar feels it is this that is his main driver for contributing to the role of Trustee for Youth Mix. Outside of his work and Youth Mix, Cezar is currently studying for an MBA.

Emma Gibson

Emma’s experience around mentoring and teaching young people understands the challenges they face on a day-to-day basis. It is this that inspired Emma to bring her expertise to Youth Mix, where she can play an important part in being a key player on the board of trustees.
