Scott has over 21 years of experience in youth and community work. He has worked in both the statutory and third sectors including running successful youth programmes and services in several London boroughs and across the UK. He has also set up a number of youth and community based charities.

Scott has a huge passion for youth work and helping young people transform their lives for the better.

helen kwok (Chief executive officer)

Helen has built a successful career in private and public sector organisations spanning nearly two decades in two continents. Helen has experience in audit, governance, risk, system implementation and leading finances of major transformation programmes.

Helen strongly believes that education can help solve most of life’s problems. She passionately believes in unlocking real potential in people and helping them achieve the best version of themselves.
